The Weyr Council holds quarterly meetings. In an urgent situation, an emergency meeting of the Weyr Council may be called by any member upon 24 hours notice via +mail. If a quorum of the Weyr Council is present, the actions taken at an emergency meeting shall be deemed final. If no quorum is present, the actions taken at an emergency meeting shall be deemed final UNLESS they are overturned by majority vote at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Weyr Council at which a quorum is present.

A quorum of the Weyr Council shall be defined as 50% of the voting members plus one.
