A few otherwise unrelated items pertaining to the Weyr Council and its jurisdiction are as follows:
1. When an issue is presented to the Weyr Council, they have 2 weeks in which to come to a conclusive decision either by voting for or against it, or adding it to the agenda of the next scheduled Weyr Council meeting for further discussion. All persons who do not vote in this 2 week period will have their votes held in abstention.
2. Riders of male Dragons from other games are welcome to attend any Dragon Flight on SouCon at the discretion of the rider holding the Flight in question. Please see NEWS VISITING RIDERS for further details.
3. Weyrs are restricted to one PC female to brown Dragon Impression per hatching. This cannot be carried over from a hatching, i.e. if a Weyr does not Impress a female to a brown Dragon in one hatching they can not Impress two females to brown in the next one. In addition, Weyrs may Impress a maximum of four PC females to blue per Hatching, or one PC female to a blue Dragon for every PC male who Impresses a chromatic Dragon (green, blue, and brown) in the same Hatching, whichever is greater.
4. The Weyr Wizard reserves the right to veto any Impression should such an Impression be found to be in violation of any game policy or contrary to the better interest of the game.
