If you had a rider character in the Tenth Pass and have recently rejoined the game, there are a number of options available to you:

1. You can start afresh with a new character.

2. You can Roleplay that your character jumped forward with the other riders to the end of the Tenth Interval.

3. You can create a new character and new Dragon of the same color that impressed in this timeline, Eg. in the Tenth Interval/Eleventh Pass instead of the Tenth Pass.

4. You can apply for a new character and new Dragon of a different color that impressed in this timeline.

In the case of option 2, 3 and 4, please contact the Weyrleaders of the Weyr you'd like to become a member of. They will then guide you through the process and help you set up your character. You should include your past character's and Dragon's name when contacting them. If you are moving from one Weyr to another, you need to seek permission from the other Weyr. If the Weyr of which you were a member no longer exists, you should contact the Weyr Wizard.
