When SouCon and PernMUSH were sister MUSHes, with the same timeline, visitation from other dragonriders was freely encouraged. With the diverging timelines, the free travel of dragonriders between the two continents has become a logistic impossibility due to PernMUSH's disallowance of time travel.

Therefore, until such a time as there is another game with the same timeline as SouCon (be it PernMUSH or another game), and the Wizards of both games come to an agreement, the policy of allowing dragonriders to visit from other games is suspended in perpetuity.

However, you may apply to become a dragonrider if you meet the Search criteria (See NEWS WEYR SEARCH). Or you may NPC your dragonrider and dragon from another game for flight purposes, so long as the dragonrider is from an off camera Weyr on SouCon.
